Bases

Cancellations
Cancelled orders are subject to all costs incurred up to the time of cancellation acknowledgment. All cancellations must be made in writing via email to Yanthra.r@gmail.com and are effective only upon written acknowledgment.
Copy Changes and Corrections
Copy changes may incur charges. Personalization details must be provided in compatible text document file formats. Corrections made before production may be subject to additional charges. Corrections after production will incur full original order production charges.
Design Charges
Custom design fees for 3D image creation are charged per project based on design complexity.
Foreign Orders
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to additional fees, including duties and taxes. All post-shipment fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Pricing
Pricing reflects typical engraving times. Complex designs may incur additional costs. Personalization and customization charges are itemized on quotations. Orders are subject to packaging and handling fees quoted per carton basis.
Inventory Availability
Efforts are made to maintain inventory, but Yanthra Infinity is not responsible if any item becomes unavailable. Sizes and specifications are approximate
Reduced Order Size
Order quantities may be reduced before production. Changes must be in writing and acknowledged by Yanthra Infinity. Reductions after production starts are at the customer’s cost, with adjusted pricing.
Rush Orders
Efforts will be made to meet deadlines without a rush charge. Charges may apply based on tight deadlines or inventory status. Customers will be informed of any rush charges before production.
Verbal and Telephone Orders
Yanthra Infinity does not accept verbal or telephone orders. All orders must be created on our website at www.yanthrainfinity.com/.
Payment
Payment Terms
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Full payment is required before production. Your credit card will be charged at the time of the order.
Production
3D Subsurface Laser Engraving
We work with various 3D file formats. Contact us for specifics. 2D Subsurface Laser Engraving accepts BMP, JPEG, or TIFF formats with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. Corrections are subject to additional charges.
Packaging
Standard packaging for crystal products includes individual gift boxes with black satin lining. All products come individually sleeved.
Production Time
Normal production time is two to three business days from final artwork approval. Specific shipping dates will be quoted at the time of the order.
Trademarks and Submitted Artwork
Trademarks or logos in the catalog/website are for illustration only. Submitted artwork is assumed to comply with applicable laws. Responsibility for compliance rests with the customer.
Delivery & Shipping
Prices exclude shipping. Delivery is by ground transportation unless specified otherwise. Air freight requests must be made in writing with order placement.
Delivery times typically range from 3 to 5 business days, subject to the availability of the items ordered and your location, excluding weekends and holidays .
Parcel Shipments
Additional packaging may be requested for safe delivery by parcel carriers. Freight is charged for orders using Yanthra Infinity’s carrier account.
Carrier Type
Courier orders are shipped via UPS, USPS Ground service. Other UPS and USPS services are available upon request. Any pickup charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Shipment Tracking
Upon shipment, you will receive an email with carrier tracking numbers. Shipment progress can be checked using the carrier’s online system.
Product Quality and Guarantee
Defects & Breakage
Defects will be corrected without charge. Bases are warranted for 5 years. Broken items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
Returns
Engraved products are not returnable except as described in Satisfaction Guaranteed. Contact must be made within 72 hours of receipt for a Return Authorization Number.
