Inner Wrap
The frame is first wrapped in soft tissue paper to protect the glass surface from any friction or scratches.
Step 02
Bubble Wrap Layer
Multiple layers of bubble wrap are applied — especially around the corners, the most vulnerable points of a frame.
Step 03
Rigid Box
The wrapped frame goes into a custom-sized rigid cardboard box with foam inserts that prevent any movement inside.
Step 04
Fragile Labelling
The outer box is clearly marked FRAGILE on all sides, and we choose courier partners known for careful handling.
Within Chennai
Fastest turnaround — 7 to 10 working days from mala receipt to delivery. We can also arrange direct pickup from our Ambattur studio.
Pan Tamil Nadu

How long can I wait before sending my mala? +
Ideally, send it within 1–3 days of the wedding while the flowers are still fresh. If you need more time, keep the mala refrigerated (not frozen) and contact us immediately for guidance on preservation until shipping.
Can I choose how the flowers are arranged in the frame? +
Yes! You can tell us your preference — circular, cascading, scattered, or traditional. We'll also send you a layout photo on WhatsApp before sealing, so you can request changes.
What happens if some flowers are damaged during transit? +
We inspect the mala on arrival and inform you immediately. In most cases, damaged flowers can be used creatively in the layout. We'll never frame something that doesn't look beautiful without discussing it with you first.
How long will the preserved mala last? +
With our UV glass and proper care (no direct sunlight), your preserved mala will retain its colour and form for 10 years or more. Many customers report their frames looking exactly the same even after several years.
Do you deliver outside Tamil Nadu? +
Currently we primarily serve Tamil Nadu, with best results for Chennai customers. We do occasionally handle outstation orders — please message us to check availability for your location before sending.
